We are looking to recruit a Junior Management Accountant to join our clients Finance Team. They are a highly reputable accounts and payroll service provider to the restaurant industry and have operated for over 15 years and currently providing services to over 40 restaurants sites.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Post supplier invoices to the ledger using Sage, ensuring invoices are correctly coded to the appropriate nominal ledger and supplier account for multiple clients/entities.Track all invoices sent for authorisation and ensure they are returned, processed, and posted within a 48-hour turnaround period.Prepare monthly payment runs, ensuring payments are made on the correct due dates and for the correct amounts. Allocate and update all payments in the ledger in a timely manner.Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities.Update and maintain cash flow forecasts for multiple clients on a regular basis.Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.Work across multiple sites / companies, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately for each client.Liaise with site managers, suppliers, and internal teams across different locations when required.Assist with ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as requested by senior members of the team to meet the needs of the business.KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Ability to manage workload across ..... full job details .....
