Responsibilities: Lead and manage the pastoral care and safeguarding of students in accommodation and during activities Oversee the day-to-day running of the summer programme, ensuring a high-quality student experience Act as a safeguarding lead, managing incidents and supporting students wellbeing Manage and support a team of Summer School Assistants, including training and rotas Coordinate the delivery of a diverse extracurricular and social programme Monitor attendance, student feedback, and programme performance Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Recent, relevant experience in a similar role in a university or other higher education provider.
