About the Role:
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our clients growing site in Ledbury. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving site operations, supporting breakdowns, and completing preventative maintenance (PPM/TPM) to agreed standards. The role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide breakdown support and perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain electrical, mechanical, PLC machinery and site services (pneumatic, water, steam)
• Support production in running a seasonal fruit pressing mill
• Complete and document all work on SAP
• Participate in risk assessments and site improvement initiatives
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards across the site
• Assist with a variety of projects as required

Skills & Requirements:

• Must be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer
• Strong team player with a proactive approach
• Computer literate (SAP experience desirable)
• IOSH training desirable

Education & Experience:

• A-Level or equivalent essential
• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering minimum
• PLC experience desirable
• Preferably 3 years in manufacturing, fruit pressing, or drink production
• Shift work experience
