We are supporting a global consulting group''s award-winning cyber security practice in the hiring of a Director specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM) advising into the UK Financial Services sector.

Working on a hybrid basis, the role, team, and clients are London-centric. The position offers a basic salary of approximately £200,000 plus additional cash benefits, annual bonuses, and broad benefits.Our client''s cyber security services are organized into three capability groups:Cyber Risk, Resilience, and PrivacyIdentity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud SecurityCyber Threat ManagementThey serve clients across three coverage sectors:Financial ServicesSectorsInfrastructure, Government, and HealthA key focus of this role is leading the delivery of IAM engagements and contributing to the leadership of the IAM capability.The Director will be responsible for:Developing and executing an IAM strategy for the FS sector in collaboration with leadership, defining vision, objectives, and overseeing implementation.Expanding market footprint by addressing client needs and exploring adjacent opportunities.Building relationships within the firm, including with IAM leads in other coverage groups and Technology Risk.Managing relationships with IAM alliance partners like SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, to foster collaboration and sales opportunities.Working with IAM leadership on people management to support strategic goals.Connecting business transformation initiatives with IAM, and shaping the future of IAM through innovative services and tools.Building a pipeline of opportunities and securing client engagements.Defining staffing requirements and leading recruitment efforts.Reporting to the Lead Cyber Security Partner for FS, the role involves:Overseeing delivery of FS IAM projects with support from senior team members.Growing IAM services within the FS sector.Leading business development and sales initiatives, and participating in the broader leadership team.Identifying growth opportunities within FS cyber security and developing strategies accordingly.Building networks with senior client stakeholders such as CIOs, CROs, COOs, CISOs, and Heads of Technology across FS organizations.The ideal candidate will have:Experience working in the Financial Services sector, including with large, global organizations.Senior-level experience as an IAM Lead and Consultant.Extensive industry exposure with deep technical knowledge in IAM.Proven track record in leading, managing, and delivering cyber security advisory services to multinational clients.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences, alongside sales, negotiation, and project management skills.A solid understanding of risk management in a professional services environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
