Commutable from Birmingham, Rowley Regis, Cradley Heath, Handsworth, Dudley, Brierley Hill, Harbourne, Wolverhampton, Wombourne, Stourbridge, Walsall, Wednesbury and Great Barr Responsibilities Prepare Control Plans, Operator Instructions, and In-Process Record Sheets Compile PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation to meet customer and industry requirements Conduct dimensional inspections using gauges, verniers, micrometers, height gauges, and more Operate and preferably program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) Perform First-Off / Pass-Off inspections Carry out thorough internal product inspections throughout the production cycle Lead and support internal quality audits Assist with 8D reports and root cause analysis to resolve non-conformances Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering quality role Proficient in using standard metrology equipment Experience ..... full job details .....
