Freelance Contracts Manager required for a fit out / refurbishment / new build project in the south wales area. The Contracts Manager will be overseeing fit out / refurbishment / new build projects across the South Wales area. The Contracts Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Contracts Manager will ideally have worked on fit out / refurbishment / new build projects in the past. The Contracts Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing multiple projects, client liaison, technical oversight, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks. working with the site team and necessary paperwork.
