The ideal candidate brings both vision and deep expertise, with the ability to inspire teams and shape the future of Medical Affairs at Novo Nordisk.A university degree in a relevant field, such as Doctor of Medicine or equivalent.Extensive experience in Medical Affairs or pharmaceutical medicine, ideally in research-driven environments.Strong leadership capability with proven success managing senior teams and engaging external stakeholders.Deep medical-scientific understanding and strategic thinking, combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.In-depth knowledge of industry codes and regulations, with fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
