There is space within the nursery for an outdoor classroom, playground, green spaces and a forest school opposite. The nursery has good transport links to Brighton and Hove, is a short walk from the train station and has on-site parking. The nursery is looking for a confident and friendly individual to engage children, and oversee the development of your key children. Our nursery has an incredibly supportive and educational approach, passionate about developing its staff and actively promoting career development from within the nursery. Your new role In your role, you will be responsible for being the Room Lead in the Baby Room setting in the nursery, having the responsibility of building a relationship with staff, children and their family. You will engage children in learning and help them to develop and learn new skills and independence. We try to keep paperwork to a minimum so that you can spend as much time as possible making a difference to your key children''s lives.
