You will join us on a part-time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of pro rata of £24,791 - £25,935 per annum (i.e. £12,395.50 - £12,967.50). This role is for fixed term period of maternity cover for a maximum of one year, or the return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder, whichever is sooner. The Assessor Trainer for Education and Childcare Role: We are recruiting for a part time Assessor Trainer in Childcare and Education to join our friendly T Level team. We are looking for an individual with a desire to make a difference in this important sector. Key Responsibilities of our Assessor Trainer for Education and Childcare: Supporting the learners development of vocational competence and the wider skills that relate to employability. Training and/or assessing learners within the relevant vocational area to awarding organisation standards in a timely manner. Supporting and/or leading on classroom based activities to extend learners knowledge and understanding of assessment criteria. Agreeing a training programme of development and assessment, setting realistic but challenging goals that meet the learners needs.
