In particular, this role will support the implementation and ongoing management of our new LMS, including: Setting up and maintaining learning pathways and journeysCreating new training content to specifications, using our state of the art AI content creator toolDeveloping and modernising existing training contentDealing with user queries on the LMSAbout the roleSupporting the LMS system implementation, including the creation of learning journeys and checking all links are working correctlyOngoing maintenance of the LMS, including the correction of people data and links within itResponding to LMS user queries and provide further training on the system if requiredCreating unique content on the LMS, to a specific brief, to be signed off by the Head of LandDDiscussing training needs with senior people in Key service Lines and taking briefs from them which can be converted to relevant contentUsing reporting and metrics within the system to measure the success of development activities, and making recommendations to KSLs and the Head of LandD based on these metricsRunning training campaigns for the Head of LandD and KSLsSupporting the Head of LandD and Student Manager with other related LandD activity, including the support of our studentsWorking collaboratively with the broader People Team to identify, design and deliver training and development ..... full job details .....
