Are you a Building Regulations Manager / Director with experience working on commercial projects, looking for an exciting new opportunity where you''ll become apart of the directorship of this rapidly expanding company?

This role would suit a senior building regulations professional with experience working on commercial projects looking for an autonomous role where you''ll get to drive the growth of the business.

The Role:

• Lead teams on a range of building regulation projects
• Assess the compliance against the Building Regulations
• Assess safety and risk for a range of building types
• Ensure project delivery, leadership well-being of personnel and business development
• Hybrid working

The Person:

• Chartered Building Qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in Building Regulation Compliance
• Experience working on commercial projects
