The role

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Executive / Team Member to join the team. You will be required to support the team in looking after general Maintenance duties. Specifically:Your main focus will be painting and decorating across the property whilst assisting with routine maintenance and repairs, including minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.Carry out daily checks on lighting, heating, air conditioning, and safety systemsSupport with the general upkeep of hotel interiors and exteriors from a proactive and reactive perspectiveRespond promptly to guest maintenance requests and staff reports of issuesHelp maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised maintenance storage areaEnsure all maintenance tasks comply with health and safety standardsAssist with setting up or moving furniture, equipment, or deliveries as neededWork with external contractors when on site and ensure proper support and supervisionKeep maintenance logs up to date in collaboration with the Maintenance ManagerAs regards Painting and Decorating we are looking for a person with a keen eye for detail, good organisation skills and have experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
