Credit Control Administrator - Temporary to Permanent (Must be available immediately) SF Recruitment are currently looking a Credit Control Administrator to join our client is a well-established and growing business, known for their friendly team culture and commitment to excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Credit Administrator to join their busy finance team. Reporting to the Credit Manager, the Credit Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the credit control function. This is a varied position that combines administrative accuracy with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely mannerAssisting with credit control activities, including contacting customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and emailSetting up and maintaining new customer accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to credit policiesAllocating and reconciling customer paymentsProducing and distributing monthly customer statementsSupporting with month-end reporting and assisting the wider finance team as requiredHandling incoming queries and providing excellent customer serviceAssisting with ad-hoc finance and administrative duties Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or credit administration role is desirableStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organisational skillsConfident ..... full job details .....
