Quantity Surveyor Start: ASAPDuration: 6 MonthsRate: From £45 per hour (Inside IR35)Onsite: 5 days a week for site visits and office presenceResponsibilities:Prepare contract documents including Tenders, Bills of Quantities, Work Schedules, Specifications, and Schedule of RatesProcure goods, services, and works contracts, including participation in tender evaluations and reporting outcomesUndertake site measurements and valuation of works, preparing payment notifications and associated documentationPrepare and agree costs for variations and non-standard items of workAnalyse and agree claims and final accountsProduce accurate financial reports for projects and contractsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of standard methods of measurement and standard forms of contractsAssess, collate, and present leaseholder contributions and service charges, conducting reviews where requiredAssist and prepare any relevant returns associated with Government or Regulator requirements, and external funding providersRequirements:Knowledge of various forms of building contractsProven experience in budget management (revenue, capital, and external funding sources)Experience of creating and issuing relevant contract administration documentsDegree or equivalent qualification in Quantity SurveyingKnowledge of UK HandS regulations including CDMIf you are interested please do apply with an updated ..... full job details .....
