Key Responsibilities Manage the full import/export process from start to finish. Provide quotations, handle bookings, and liaise directly with customers and EU agents. Oversee customs clearance and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. Book deliveries with shipping lines and/or merchant hauliers. Handle invoicing, duty, and VAT procedures efficiently. Track shipments and provide proactive updates to clients.
