We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Layer to join a long-term social housing project in South Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for consistent work with the potential for a permanent role.

• Fitting flat-lay vinyl with welds

• Installing Polysafe anti-slip floor tiles

• Latex/prep work to ensure subfloor readiness

• Working across both tenanted and void properties

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness

• Proven experience in social housing floor laying

• Skilled in flat-lay vinyl and welds

• Experience with Polysafe anti-slip flooring

• Competent in floor prep including latexing

• Own tools, PPE, and vehicle

• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ongoing, full-time work

• Monday to Friday schedule
