What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver five-star service—every time.
• Drive Sales: Take full ownership of performance metrics (UPT, ATV, Conversion, Footfall) and smash your targets.
• Showcase Products: Keep the store looking fabulous and on-brand through stunning merchandising.
• Stay in Control: Manage inventory, keep stock in check, and make sure the tills balance.
• Be the Culture Champion: Create a high-energy, inclusive team environment where everyone thrives.
• Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Handle challenges with confidence—from customer care to daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of retail/customer-facing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven ability to lead teams, hit targets, and elevate the customer journey
• Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management & visual standards
• Excellent communicator with a flair for motivating others
