You will be responsible for shaping and delivering housing strategy and policy, overseeing the implementation and support of core IT systems, and ensuring a strong customer focus across housing services.You will lead on data governance, drive forward service transformation aligned with the Swindon Plan, and ensure compliance with social housing regulation including the Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
