The role requires the engineer to deliver a high standard of technical service and customer support, including installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software related to all medical devices (medical industry experience not required). This is a field-based role involving regular travel across the UK and International countries, with a requirement to work unsociable hours and weekends as needed to meet business demands. The role requires commitment and a can do attitude, strong work ethics, complete flexibility, and a high level of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and business efficiency at all times.
