PandI Insurance ServicesIT Vice President - Integrated Data ProductsHybrid - City of London office-based 1-2 days PER MONTHVP of Data Products - £100,000 - £160,000 dependant on experienceMy client is looking for a dynamic leader to run its newly created Integrated Data Products function.Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this person will oversee the Data Engineering, Data Governance and the Data Science functions.The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric. A strong knowledge of data integration, data as a service, business process management and the application of data in the creation of advanced data products is a requirement.The candidate will run a high-profile and motivated rapid delivery team in a hybrid setting and must be able to articulate complex technological concepts in business terms and be able to build strong relationships with business leaders, systems integrators and partners.Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, or technology leadership roles.Proven track record in leading large-scale data integration projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.Deep knowledge of joining abstract data to a comprehensive outcome.Expertise in managing technology teams that oversee modern data technologies.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like GDPR etc.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate to management.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel preferred.Strong customer service orientation toward Business Units requiring financial consultation (responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate).Strong project management.Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.Ability to work independently and without supervision.Employment type
