Location: Teesside (Office Based)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceJob Type: Full-time, PermanentThe RoleReed Financial Services are working with a well-established, family-owned firm of Independent Financial Advisers who are looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator due to continued growth.This is a varied and client-focused role, supporting advisers and clients across a broad range of pension arrangements. The business prides itself on long-term relationships, high-quality advice and a supportive working culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministering a range of pension products in line with FCA requirementsProcessing pension contributions, transfers, retirements and benefit paymentsMaintaining accurate client records and pension documentationActing as a point of contact for pension-related queries via phone and emailLiaising with pension providers, platforms and insurers to progress casesPreparing pension information and valuations for adviser meetingsSupporting wider investment and insurance administration when requiredKeeping up to date with pension and tax legislationThe PersonPrevious experience in pensions administration, ideally within an IFA or financial planning environmentGood working knowledge of pension products and processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and pension administration systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlinesWhat''s on ..... full job details .....
