A Boutique, city-based Asset Manager is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their London team. The role is extremely broad encompassing all areas of the business and operations, and is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to make the next step up in their career.Responsibilities:Focus on the day-to-day back and middle office function for the company.Manage and work alongside the operations team to deliver operational functions.Support the Dealing, Client Service, Fund Management, Finance and Compliance teams.Requirements:2-4 years maximum experience in an Operations role as a smaller Asset Manager.A Bachelor''s Degree with a minimum 2:1 grade.High attention to detail and accuracy in implementing workflows.Knowledge of Bloomberg AIM and Omgeo CTM.Knowledge of Python/VBA.
