Technical Support Analyst - £200/day via umbrella company - 3-month Contract Swindon Onsite - SCC FLEX CONTRACTWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Support Team. In this role, you will provide critical break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring seamless operations within our organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications while coordinating escalations with third-party vendors.Your responsibilities as a Technical Support Analyst:andnbsp; Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Re-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as required.Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications efficiently.Coordinate escalations and hardware replacements with third-party vendors.Document issues and resolutions in IT service management systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).Assist with general troubleshooting of user issues and hardware refresh projects.Support migration efforts, including Windows 10 to Windows 11 in-place upgrades.
