Lead end-to-end client onboarding processesReview and coordinate contracts, SLAs, and performance agreementsAct as a key liaison between clients and internal teamsTrack commercial metrics and manage timelinesResolve issues quickly to maintain strong client relationshipsWhat we''re looking for:
