Senior Paralegal

with strong experience in

property asset management . This role sits within their Managed Legal Services team, working closely with the firm’s Property practice to deliver high-quality, consistent legal support to major clients with significant property portfolios.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and protecting clients’ property assets, ensuring leases and related agreements are handled efficiently, deadlines are met, and compliance is maintained across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a range of asset management documents, including leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, and consents.Monitor and manage lease portfolios, tracking key dates, handling renewals and terminations, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.Support due diligence processes for property transactions by collating, reviewing, and organising relevant documentation for risk and compliance assessments.Assist in maintaining portfolio-wide compliance, ensuring high standards of accuracy and organisation in matter management systems.Provide informal guidance to junior paralegals, sharing best practice in document handling and asset management processes.Act as a key point of contact between the client service team, in-house legal teams, estates teams, and operational staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.Working ArrangementsStandard hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm, with flexibility considered.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking candidates with:Proven experience as a Paralegal or equivalent, specialising in property asset management.Familiarity with working in a large commercial law firm environment and delivering high levels of client service.Competence in using legal technology platforms to support service delivery and portfolio management.Seniority level
