OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for an Audit and Accounts Manager to join a leading accountancy practice in Croydon on a full time basis. The practice provides clients with year-end accounts, tax compliance and advisory, management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and payroll services. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of accounting and take on as much responsibility as you feel comfortable with. They have a very relaxed, close-knit, team.

Responsibilities

managing a portfolio of clients, supporting them with a full range of accountancy services

leading audits; managing the team of auditors whilst on the field

supporting the Senior team with growing and managing the practice

aligning yourself with the wider team, to strive towards a joint goal

Requirements

ACA / ACCA Qualified

Have at least 5 years experience built in an accountancy practice, within audit and accounts, with managerial responsibilities.

You will be looking for a challenging, long term career move, with the possibility to continue progressing into a more senior role.

Benefits

£50,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
