Project/Construction Manager

for a project based in Central London.This project is 1 year in duration and due to start ASAP. Project value is approx. £5m.Scope

Main scope of work will consist of Roofing, Scaffolding, General Builders Work and MandE. This is the refurbishment of an existing building.Skills and Requirements

Valid Management CSCS, SMSTS, First AidProven experience as a project/construction manager on a similar projectIdeally experience working on projects in the value of £5m - £10m.Experience working on the areas listed aboveGood communication and leadership skillsKnowledge/experience working with the client and sub contractors - working in collaborationExpereince using Asite (prefferred) or ViewpointCommercial knowledgeWorking references - essentialWill be required to interview with the clientIf interested please get in touch with Tom on 02030085212.
