JOB DESCRIPTION To lead logistics, warehousing and supply chain activities for FREEE and Doves Farm brands and customer own label which meet and exceed customer expectations while ensuring profitable trading relationships in all channels. REPORTING TO: Chief Executive GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and develop day to day supply chain internally and externally Lead ERP system development with related business processes and systems Ensure systems deliver 99% service level to customers Manage and lead direct reports in supply chain, warehousing, logistics and purchasing Oversee all purchasing activities to ensure continuity of supply for all raw materials Ensure KPIs are met and tracked Negotiation and management of business plans and contracts including but not limited to; 3rd Party warehousing, Chep, Delivery Vehicles, Waste Ongoing development of reporting and analytics Develop strategy and commercial opportunities in conjunction with Senior Management team Maintain and train company departmental procedures and risk assessments Deputise for colleagues in their absence Compliance with relevant UK law WORK PATTERN: Based in Hungerford Office hours Monday to Friday and as required for the performance of the role.
