This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the quality and accuracy of our incoming goods and materials, playing a vital part in the success of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Receive and inspect all critical incoming goods and materials against purchase orders, technical drawings, and specificationsUnload materials and stock items and place them in assigned storage locationsVerify delivery documentation and ensure completeness and accuracyConduct visual inspections and use measurement tools (e.g., micrometres, gauges) to check dimensions and tolerancesIdentify and report any non-conformance''s or damaged goodsLog inspection results and maintain accurate inventory using the ERP systemLiaise with purchasing and internal departments to resolve quality issuesQuarantine and label non-conforming items and initiate corrective actionsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection processCarry out regular stock checks and assist with stock takes in other areasOrganise and store stock in designated areasMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe stores environment in line with health and safety policiesOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet ..... full job details .....
