Manage a client portfolio of around 150 individuals, balancing delegation and senior support as appropriateLead end-to-end delivery of client assignments, ensuring timeliness and quality prior to final reviewKeep up to date with dual tax systems and use technical resources to support both advisory and compliance workGuide junior colleagues through complex technical issues, contributing to the team’s knowledge baseRequirements

Dual-handler credentials (EA and/or ATT or equivalent)Practical experience in preparing and reviewing both UK and US personal tax filingsA track record of supporting or mentoring junior team membersFamiliarity with key tax software for both jurisdictions, plus strong general IT skillsBenefits
