Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, with a strong focus on the hospitality sector.Conduct technical road mapping sessions, advising on system upgrades, Microsoft 365 enhancements, networking, and infrastructure improvements.Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with service offerings.Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to develop and deliver strategic account plans, and to support the wider business in identifying and improving internal business processes.Serve as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring service levels and SLA commitments are consistently met.What you’ll bring
