Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will lead the day-to-day finance function, develop the finance team, strengthen controls, and partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Marketing.This role would suit either an experienced Financial Controller or a Finance Manager ready to step up, with hands-on financial control experience, strong leadership capability, and a background in FMCG, Food and Drink, Consumer Goods, or another fast-moving product environment.
