Role We''re working with a ''Good'' Ofsted-rated Alternative Provision in Chesterfield, supporting students aged 11-16 who have been excluded from or are unable to access mainstream education. With small class sizes, high staff-to-student ratios, and a therapeutic approach, this provision focuses on re-engaging students, building resilience, and encouraging personal development.
