An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy and people-focused HR team. Working closely with leaders in an operational environment, the role plays a key part in aligning people initiatives with business goals and helping teams perform at their best.Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner provides practical, commercially minded HR support, contributes to a variety of people projects and steps in to deputise when needed.
