CAMHS Support Worker
The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist CAMHS service in Cambridge for an experienced Support Worker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with mental health needs in a residential care setting. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to young people, working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, therapeutic, and nurturing care is delivered consistently. About You You will have: A minimum of 2 years'' experience working within CAMHS Experience in care settings, ideally CAMHS residential homes A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with mental health needs Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with young people The ability to remain calm, professional and resilient in a demanding environment A full UK driving licence (desirable) Interested?
