to join our dedicated team at the Practice Plus Group Hospital Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality elective orthopaedic care in a modern, brand new, purpose-built hospital.Main duties of the job
As our Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will be:Perform a wide range of elective orthopaedic procedures, including:
Primary hip and knee replacementsKnee arthroscopy and carpal tunnel releaseJoint injections and aspirationsAdditional minor procedures based on your expertise
Deliver exceptional care across the patient pathway preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperativeCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient careSupport and supervise junior clinical staffParticipate in audit, clinical governance, service improvement, and teachingEngage in continuing professional development and actively contribute to departmental meetings and strategic planningAbout us
