who thrives on delivering extraordinary experiences, and loves to inspire a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!Job DescriptionLead, inspire, collaborate and support your team ofvending operators to deliver exceptional standards consistentlyContinually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowermentCreate a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovationConduct performance evaluations and manage team shift patterns and absencesOperational Management:Oversee the daily operations of vending machines and smart vending machinesacross acampus of four different sitesEnsure machines are stocked, cleaned, and maintained by your team of operatorsPerformregular spot checks and audits to ensure high standards are maintainedManage the maintenance and repair of vending machines, coordinating with vendors and maintenance contract providers as necessaryMonitor and analyse machine performance data, implementing improvements to maximize efficiency and profitabilityInventory Management:Develop and manage inventory control processes to ensure timely restocking of products and reducing wastage across all areasWork with suppliers to order and maintain optimal stock levels of fresh products, snacks, beveragesand other productsWork with suppliers to ensure we are keeping costs to a minimum and increase profitabilityConduct regular stock and asset audits and reconcile discrepanciesManage the weekly vending accounts including inputting sales, checking invoices, stock takes and cashing up as requiredTrack sales and revenue, providing regular financial reports to senior managementAssist in preparingand managingthe vending operations budgetImplement cost control measures to optimise profitabilityClient Relations:Build positive, credible and collaborativerelationships andcommunication methods with clientsand other key stakeholders in the businessAddress and resolve customer,clientand service issues promptly and professionallyEnsure high standards of customer satisfaction through regular feedback and service improvementsDevelop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance the customer experienceAchieve business critical KPI''s including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and GovernanceTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with vending machine technology and maintenanceTechnical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintaining vending equipmentFamiliarity with RAMs and ATA processes preferred but training will be givenQualificationsPrevious experience commensurate with roleHave a contagiouspassion for food and customer serviceYou draw satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting a teamFinancially astute, you are very analytical and know how to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performanceExcellent delegation and influencing skillsAbility to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, creative environment and able to work well under pressureMeticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detailConcise and effective verbal and written communicationAbility to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspectiveExcellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skillsWorks according to the BaxterStorey core valuesAdditional InformationFor almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.We need the brightest and the best to join us to make this all possible.
