Due to an up and coming retirement, they are looking for a new multi-skilled maintenance engineer, to join their close knit team. Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting PPM''s and reactive maintenance across all site production and packaging machinery, site services and facilitiesElectrical and mechanical fault finding, problem solving and repairsNew machinery installations, project workPLC - electrical fault findingWorked on conveyors, mixers, baggers, production lines, packaging machinery, elevators, metal detectors, stitchers, labellers, scannersFixing motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, chains, sprockets, control panels, sensors, safety circuits, pumps, blowers, hydraulics Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Ideally be a multi-skilled engineer - either electrical and mechanical biasedMust be comfortable working in a small team, flexible to working a call out rotaIdeally have completed a time-served-apprenticeshipLevel 3 qualified or higher in engineeringStrong electrical and mechanical fault finding skillsMust have previously have worked in fast-paced manufacturing, ideally food / FMCGPLC - electrical fault findingMechanical fabrication, fitting, and welding skills would be beneficialMust have worked with pneumatics and hydraulicsIdeally have a ..... full job details .....
