Defendant EL/PL Solicitor An EL/PL Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience. My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our client''s leading team, you will manage a quality caseload of Defendant EL/PL matters from start to completion both pre and post litigated. You will predominantly be defending EL/PL claims for local authorities, police forces, fire authorities and NHS Trusts. You will be responsible for the day to day running of your cases including liaising with clients, opponents, court, witnesses and undertaking your own liability investigations. The ideal candidate will have proven EL/PL Litigation experience and we are happy to consider both Solicitors and Legal Executives.
