This role is a hands-on position and will involve handling a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing a small residential conveyancing department.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential conveyancing caseload from initial enquiry to post-completion.Ensuring all appropriate due diligence and money laundering checks are in place.Ensuring full compliance with CQS standards, SRA regulations and internal protocols.Draft and check all legal documents.Work with Land Registry documents and title deeds.Maintaining high levels of client care and satisfaction.Driving client relationship development and business growth through cross-referrals and ..... full job details .....
