Mixed Tax ManagerLoughton, Essex (Hybrid Working Available)The OpportunityWe are working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Loughton, who are looking to appoint an experienced Mixed Tax Manager to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware tax professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio, whilst also playing a key role in developing advisory services and supporting junior team members.The firm offers a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with genuine scope for progression.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services across personal and corporate tax.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of clients including HNWIs, owner-managed businesses, and corporate entitiesReviewing and overseeing personal and corporate tax complianceProviding tax planning and advisory services across a range of areasSupporting with complex tax matters including CGT, IHT, and restructuringBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentifying opportunities for additional services and business developmentMentoring and reviewing the work of junior staffWorking closely with Partners on ad-hoc advisory projectsAbout YouCTA qualified PQ CTA or ATT (or ACA/ACCA with strong tax experience)Proven experience within a practice environment at Manager level or ready to step upStrong technical knowledge ..... full job details .....
