This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.As a Team Leader, you will support the management team in leading and motivating residential care staff, ensuring the home provides high-quality, safe, and nurturing care in line with Ofsted standards and Children''s Homes Regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of residential care staff.Assist in delivering high-quality care in line with children''s individual care plans.Lead by example to ensure positive behaviour management and a safe environment.Monitor and contribute to staff performance, development, and training.Assist the management team with roster planning, incident reporting, and risk assessments.Promote a positive and inclusive home culture for staff and residents.Liaise with social workers, families, and external agencies to ensure children''s needs are met.Deputise for senior staff when required.RequirementsPrevious experience working in residential childcare.Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role desirable.Knowledge of Children''s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding practices.Strong leadership, ..... full job details .....
