This role is perfect for a qualified accountant with a strong background in FMCG or complex manufacturing environments, looking to take the next step in their career.Responsibilities Include:Develop and maintain integrated systems and procedures for management and financial accounting.Ensure timely preparation of weekly/monthly accounts and fulfil internal and external reporting requirements.Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and the Board.Manage site working capital, including inventory and fixed assets.Lead and develop the Finance team, ensuring performance and skills meet changing requirements.
