Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time or part-time (flexible days)
Pay: andpound;89.05 andndash; andpound;110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 andndash; 15:30)
Support pupils with additional needs and make a lasting impact.
Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive in the classroom.

Youandrsquo;ll be working closely with pupils who require extra supportandmdash;either one-to-one or in small groupsandmdash;helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing
- Help children stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout the school day
- Assist teachers with lessons and classroom routines
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for learning
- Work flexibly across different schools and age groups
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and supportive approach
- Confidence to adapt to different school settings
- A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
