Your Role
As SENCo, you will lead and develop SEND provision across the school, provide staff training, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. You will play a key role in fostering an inclusive culture that supports student wellbeing and achievement. The school values innovative approaches and continuous improvement in SEND.

Ideal Candidate
You will hold the National SENCo Award or be committed to completing it, along with experience working with diverse SEND needs in a secondary setting. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential. You should be passionate about ensuring all students succeed.
