Family Assessment Worker - Nights First Blue Family Assessment are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Assessment Worker to join our team at a Residential Family Centre based in Stafford. Our Family Assessment Workers will provide a range of support services to families residing in the centre, with the aim of promoting their well-being, enhancing family dynamics, and facilitating their successful transition to independent living. Family Assessment Worker - Nights Responsibilities: 1. Engage with families in a compassionate and non-judgemental manner, building rapport and trust to establish positive working relationships. 2. Provide practical and emotional support to families, offering guidance on parenting skills, child development, budgeting, and navigating community resources. 3. Assess and address potential safeguarding concerns, reporting any instances of abuse or neglect and ensuring appropriate action is taken 4.
