The Enrolment Partner role is pivotal to our mission, ensuring prospective families experience a seamless journey from enquiry to enrolment while supporting the achievement of ambitious FY25 growth targets.
The Enrolments Partner is responsible for driving successful conversions of parent enquiries, managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry, through Nursery tour to registration and ultimately the enrolment of children into a setting.
Reporting to the Enrolments Team Leader, this dynamic role combines operational execution and relationship building to deliver tangible results. You will act as a key point of contact for prospective families, working collaboratively with nursery managers, Customer Care Partners, and the central support team. Success will hinge on your ability to optimise the enrolment process, build trust with families, and contribute to the overall commercial success of Family First.

Responsibilities
Drive conversions of parent enquiries and manage the end-to-end enrolment process from enquiry to enrolment.
Coordinate with nursery managers, Customer Care Partners, and central support to ensure a seamless journey for prospective families.
Optimise the enrolment process and contribute to FY25 growth targets.
Act as the main point of contact for prospective families and build trust to support recruitment and occupancy goals.
