New 2026: with a London managing partner this firm is looking for a top general corporate / MandA partner to join the London arm of a large US global firm. Remuneration around £1.2M. The role is for a general corporate MandA partner (with a team if possible) to fit into a high-profile White Shoe firm with strong progression opportunities. The practice has clients across London, New York, Chicago and globally. The hire is rare as a general corporate MandA role, and candidates should be from Silver Circle and above or equivalent. The practice is dynamic with new ideas and new recruits.Responsibilities

Lead and develop the general corporate / MandA practice within the London arm, including potential team leadership.Work on top corporate deals for clients across the London market and internationally.Qualifications

Must be from Silver Circle and above or equivalent.Proven experience in general corporate and MandA work, with ability to contribute to strategic growth and client relationships.Comfort working within a top City firm culture with seasoned colleagues and opportunities for progression.Additional information
