Main Purpose of the Job
To develop and implement a single front door triage system that provides trauma-informed triage and outreach to residents and colleagues. The role will focus on engaging harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and economically inactive individuals, ensuring they are supported into appropriate services and opportunities.The postholder will also support employer engagement by brokering and enrolling young people into Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) placements and work closely with the adult learning service to coordinate the promotion, enrolment, and sustainment of functional skills interventions.This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.If you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to Beth@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
