This is for an immediate start and will be a full-time role. As part of this role, there will be ongoing training in Behaviour Management if needed, as well as more targeted CPD for the needs of the children on offer.We work with schools with a high level of need within SEN and this would be a fantastic opportunity to have an immense impact on vulnerable children''s lives. The RoleWorking primarily with children with SEN on a 1:1, or small group basis.SEN needs themselves can range from: ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and/or Behavioural Needs.Assessing students'' progress and discussing development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies if necessary.Undertaking CPD if the role requires it, in which you will be accredited for.
